Food can be considered as culture for the mouth in the way that art is food for the soul. Culture and food are connected. In fact, cuisine is how we define most ethnic cultures on a daily basis. What more can we learn about making the world more united by eating together. My research and opinions about the various aspects of food as culture conveniently packaged.
